- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.
1-Year Warranty
All SuperBox products purchased through our site include a 1-year warranty.

- Our team will diagnose the problem and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning the unit.
- Upon receipt of the product, we will repair, exchange, or rebuild the device at our discretion.
Important Notes:
- The warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the unit to us under warranty claims.
Post-Warranty Repairs
If your warranty has expired, we offer repair services for an additional fee. Once repaired, your device will be returned, ready for continued use.

Additional Return Policies
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees within 30 days, including international orders.
- Physical Damage: Products with physical damage, contamination, or poor condition are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.
- Application Issues: Returns are not accepted if an app is incompatible unless explicitly advertised as supported. For app inquiries, email us at support@superbox.shop before purchasing.
- Lack of Research: Returns are not accepted due to buyer error or misunderstanding of the product's features. All devices run on the Android operating system and do not provide content outside of user-installed applications. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions.
- Third-Party Vendors: Products purchased from third-party vendors cannot be returned or refunded through Superbox.shop. Returns and refunds must be arranged with the original seller. Products sent to us in error will not be honored and will require return shipping fees if the customer wants them back. Items left unclaimed for more than 7 days will be considered abandoned.
