Delivery Claims

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it has not arrived as expected:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 10 days to file a claim.
  2. Resolution Process: We will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims may take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the carrier.

Important:

  • We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for confirmed deliveries.

Customs Charges

We guarantee no additional charges for most orders. If customs fees are incurred:

  1. Pay the fee to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Provide proof of payment to us.
  3. We will reimburse the amount paid.

Changing or Canceling Orders

Once your order is submitted, processing begins immediately, making changes or cancellations difficult.

  • If your order was placed within the last 24 hours, contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
